The Process

We start with a focused conversation around your business, goals, and what’s working (and what’s not). This ensures we’re solving the right problems from day one.

You’ll complete a structured onboarding questionnaire that captures your content, inspiration, and direction—so we can move quickly without constant revisions.

With a clear plan in place, I begin building your site inside Squarespace—focused on structure, flow, and a design that reflects your brand at a higher level.

You’ll review your homepage first, ensuring the overall direction feels right before we move into the rest of the site.
We’ll use a collaboration software tool called Workflow to managed design updates. -
Once the homepage is approved, the remaining pages are built out with consistency, clarity, and conversion in mind.

We walk through your completed website together, finalize any last details, and prepare everything for launch.

After we successfully launch your website, you will have access to 30 days of email support. Post launch support includes fixing bugs and creating additional training videos upon request.

After your site is launched, you’ll receive training videos to support you with updates and edits to your Squarespace site.

After your 30 day support window, I’ll send an email outlining how to work with me in the future, including details on additional services and pricing.
